Q: 2.Do the delivered product /painting will be same as on the web?

A: Our product is an handicraft product (i.e)All our paintings are produced by artist manually in hand and painted with different brand colours . Hence there will be small differences between the picture on the web and the actual art work. Every creation will be unique and enhance the value of art piece.

Q: 3.Can the shipping address and billing address be in different countries?

A: No, Since the material need to be despatched with proper invoice we have to enclose the bill with shipping address only.

Q: 4.What are the shipping Charges and Packaging Charges?

A: We ship the products in corrugated or wooden boxes. We use fiber glass instead of glass to avoid breakages. Within India the shipping is FREE Outside India (for overseas) the shipping charges are EXTRA . These charges* are calculated either by actual weight of the packed sizes or of the volumetric size ,whichever is more. ( this is as per the FEDEX or DHL terms). * Packing charges are based on the size of the paintings.

Q: 5.Do you ship products to other cities in India and outside India?

A: We can ship the products any places in India through Fedex or Blue Dart. Indian shipments take 2-4 working days for delivery if the area is within the coverage area of Fedex. And for outside India( Overseas) it takes about 7 working days through FEDEX or DHL.

A: All our domestic and international shipments are insured by overselves. Hence on proof of breakage we will immediately ship you a replacement while the insurance claim is in process.

A: The time duration is purely depends on the size and work content on the painting, it will be anywhere between 10days to 6 weeks( Max) . (Note: The climatic condition also decides the time duration)

A: Yes, we can create Tanjore paintings as per the subject of your choice and desired size. We can also create the painting based on a reference picture from you with our artist if it is suitable for the art form.
